Not necessarily. Properties that are suitable for this rental strategy are sourced for their suitability with location, size, returns and condition. Many of the properties are newly refurbished and some may be new to the market or have a history of short term lets renting and established bookings. They will often be sourced at market value rather than focusing on sourcing properties that are discounted.

What locations are the Airbnb and Booking.com properties in?
